Symptoms
Unable to do self registration, system throws error below in response.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to do self registration successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open home page and clicked left side menu, clicks Register.
2. Enter the basic details requires for self registration.
3. System throws 'Invalid Request - Please check the parameters being passed'.
