ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a user-id is locked and if user is attempted in IOS using the same credential then user not getting any response.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a user-id is locked and if user is attempted in IOS using the same credential then user getting proper response.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Soft Token application in ios device.
2. Locked user try to login in application.
3. Enter username and password.
4. Click on login button.
