Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Status change is not able to authorize.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to authorize the status change.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform VAMI to change the status change.
2. Perform the payment to return the status change.
3. Perform the status change by using CLDSTACH with same effective date.
4.Authorize the status change.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the status change or not able to delete the status change.
