Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user post a payment reversal or payment void through payment web service, system returns the response with HTTP code 400 instead of 201. But payment reversed successfully.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

System should not send the status as failed with bad request for successful transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

   1. Post a payment reversal through payment web service(Void transaction)
   2. Verify system should reverse the payment successfully and returns the valid response 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user could proceed with the web service transaction with the failed response for a successful transaction.
