ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While migrating account using API process with APP_NEW_IND = Y and  AUTO_GEN_ACC_NBR_CONV = N, system creates account number not considering the value passed for AUTO_GEN_ACC_NBR_CONV.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While migrating account using API process with APP_NEW_IND = Y and  AUTO_GEN_ACC_NBR_CONV = N, system not creates account number and should consider the value passed for AUTO_GEN_ACC_NBR_CONV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

   1. Set the AUTO_GEN_ACC_NBR_CONV parameter as 'N' in the account data file.
   2. Load the data (SET-API)
   3. Verify system should have created the account with account number provided in the data file.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot migrate the account with legacy account number as the account number in OFSLL.
