ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Back calculation triggered for IC Products


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rates modified from ICDRATES and CFDFLTRT screen should not trigger back calculation for IC Products

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new future Effective rate date for IC Rates from ICDRATES
2.Maintain the Similar rate from CFDFLTRT for the CL

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, same rate code has impacted the IC Accounts as well to trigger back calculation
