When attempting to do manual settlement of a Security deal on screen SEDINTBT
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ST-OTHR-001 Unhandled Exception
ST-SAVE-028 Failed to process the request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an Active Security deal from Securities MSTL Batch screen SEDINTBT
2. Perform liquidation and check if it is saved and authorized successfully
3. Verify the position entries after deal liquidation

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot liquidate a Security deal on its settlement date which impacts the related position balance
