System Throws Error While Processing Account Class Transfer (Doc ID 2666203.1)

Symptoms

Error is thrown during account class transfer. The account had already under the account class and when the user is transferring back the account to the old account class the following error is thrown.

ST-VALS-001 : Record Already Exists for Cust Ac No-<>:Account Class-<>:Branch Code-<>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer the account .
2.Transfer back to the old account class.
3. Verify if operation successful.
