VAMI Change Status Mode Doesn't reflect in front end till Authorization (Doc ID 2666208.1)

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User do VAMI to change status mode but upon saving it isn't changed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
VAMI changes should get reflected upon SAVE operation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform VAMI to change status mode

2. While try to Authorize, changes are not getting reflected.

3. However, when user Authorize the changes, changes are reflected in front end.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cross verify the status mode before authorization.
