Symptoms
User is trying VAMI to change payment mode from automatic payment to manual payment but Error Cl-ACC-014 thrown.
Facility expiry date is 2 March 2020, but the loan itself is having maturity date as 2 march 2020.
Expected system behavior is system should allow user to do VAMI after expiry. It should not validate facility if user not changing maturity date or principal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform VAMI to change the payment mode from Automatic to Manual payment on a Maturity date passed CL contract with expired facility

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change payment mode from automatic payment to manual payment through VAMI.
