Outgoing contract created using Pain Upload File, does not have first character in field 59 (Ultimate Beneficiary BIC/Name) (Doc ID 2666702.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pain_Upload_File

Upon uploading a pain_file and outgoing contracts are created in OBP.
But it was noticed that some fields if length in pain_file is longer that 35 charterers,  then system populate values till 35 characters but does not populate the first charterer.
For instance Field 59 Ultimate Beneficiary BIC/Name and Address 1 the first letter K is not populated but name begins with letter A.




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should start the fields from the first character

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a pain file

2. Check whether the outgoing contract is created successfully.
2. Check whether field 59 in outgoing contract created field 59 is populated correctly


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is displaying incorrect data.
