Application Crashes in Some Android Devices After User Clicks Help Transaction (Doc ID 2667204.1)

When a user clicks Help Transaction from toggle menu on login screen, Android application crashes in some devices.

Below are the devices where it is crashing:

1. Redmi 8A

2. One Plus 7

3. Infinix Hot 6Pro

However it is working fine on below devices:

1. Oppo F11 Pro

2. Moto G* Plus

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Launch the application in Android device such as Redmi 8A, One Plus 7, Infinix Hot 6Pro
Go to Login Page
Click on Toggle Menu
Click On Help Transaction

5. Observe that application crashes.
