Goal

From OFSAA :
1. all rules used in loans reported in HC-C line item 1 to 9 are being used in Deposits line items to identify if any customer/account has made payments over and above the outstanding balances which could create a credit balance and thus to be reported as a deposit liability for the bank.
2. why staging tables such as STG_BILLS_CONTRACTS and STG_REPO_CONTRACTS are being considered here and what type of over payments are expected to be recorded in these tables?

As part of the report credit balance in loans, leases and OD staging tables will credit deposit liability and what kind of credit balances are being expected in PP tables STG_BILLS_CONTRACTS, STG_REPO_CONTRACTS.

Main clarification required from customer is :
why staging tables such as STG_BILLS_CONTRACTS and STG_REPO_CONTRACTS are being considered here and what type of overpayments are expected to be recorded in these tables?
