''Duplicate File Content'' Error Is Displayed When Uploading the Same Bulk File Which Was in "System Error" Status Earlier. (Doc ID 2667642.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload the same bulk file which was in System Error status earlier, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Duplicate File Content.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to User application with corporate user or Admin application with admin user.
2. Navigate to Bulk File Upload.
3. Upload a file, check the status of file under Bulk File View.
4. If file status is ''System Error'' then, try 'to upload the same file again.
5. Check the Error - ''Duplicate File Content''.
