During bill liquidation, party details, document details, limit details, shipment details are mandatory and should exist.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to liquidate a bill contract.
2. Ensure amendment done earlier and deleted.
3. After which party details, document details, limit details, shipment details are missing
4. Try to liquidate the bill contract
