In PWSOTBRW, Screen Receiver ID is not populating same as Receiver ABA Number

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In PWSOTBRW, Screen Receiver ID should be populating same as Receiver ABA Number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Fed out manual transaction Save and Auth.
2. Navigate to Screen PWSOTBRW
3. Query the transaction and check the Receiver ID
4. Observe that the Receiver ID is not same as Receiver ABA Number

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get Receiver ID same as Receiver ABA Number.
