On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After adding new effective_date with new rate on maturity ,system still taking old rate.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should take rate with latest effective_date


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customers account getting charge/interest with old rate.
