Bulk File Upload Status Not Updated Properly in OBDX (Doc ID 2668733.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After APPROVED status,internal transfer file upload is not processing further in OBDX.

File status is displaying incorrectly despite being processed successfully from FCR .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once file being processed at host then it status should display as PROCESSED in OBDX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.login with maker ,upload bulk file of file level type
2.login with checker ,approve file
3.Connect with FCR team ,kindly get process file from their end.
4.Once file get processed,again login with maker >Upload file inquiry >check status of file
