Security questions can be Skipped even though it is marked as mandatory in system rules
Simulation steps:
1- Login to OBDX app (Any channel) for first time.
2- Accept terms and conditions.
3- Click on setup security questions.
4- Security questions will appear, click on the back button (Phone Back button, Browser Back Button).
5- Click on the back button again to the terms and conditions screen.
6- Click on accept terms and conditions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User will be forwarded to the Setup security questions screen.
