Fund Transfer Initiation Alert Sent To Incorrect User Having Same User Name (Doc ID 2668857.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------

A payment transaction was initiated by a user, but the transaction initiation alert has been sent to 2 different users with the same usernames ( name of user not userid)

The initiator is corporate user and receivers are retail users.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

The Fund Transfer initiation alert should be sent only to the user who has initiated the transaction.

 

STEPS TO SIMULATE ISSUE:

------------------------

1) Create 3 users : One corporate user and two retail users with same username for all 3 users(

i.e user name not same userid)

2) Email address should be different for all 3 users.

3) Enable payment initiation transaction for any type of payment for corporate user and initiate this payment transaction using Corporate user.

4) Observe the transaction initiation alert sent, this is intermittent issue and multiple attempts would be required to reproduce same.
