Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The uploaded Bulk file remains in an Uploaded status and the number of records shown on the screen is 'NA'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the bulk file is correct then it should get processed OR if it has invalid data then it should show some error message on the screen and the number of records should be displayed appropriately.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX application
2. Navigate to File Uploads
3. Upload a Bulk File
4. View the status of the Uploaded File

The issue is observed intermittently and is usually observed during a high load time when many files are uploaded simultaneously.
