On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System needs to check account balance validation during booking of PC contract through webservice.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System throws the validation for insufficient balance when PC contract book from front-end , same is expected through webservice.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate booking of PC with insufficient account balance through webservice
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Payment is getting transfer even though account is not having sufficient balance.
