On screen 'Biller Details' Biller Category Field Contains No Data of Mapped Billers (Doc ID 2670154.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the 'biller details' screen, the category dropdown does not display the options of the billers.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the 'biller details ' screen, there should be an option to select from the dropdown to know the bill details for already mapped bills.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application and navigate to Biller Category Maintenance. 
2. Enter the biller category and search for the bills (bills created are displayed).
3. Navigate to biller details screen - in the category dropdown, there are no bills displayed.



Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account, and hardware that trigger the problem.
