ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SF - Scorecard parameter Debt to Income with Payment not calculating correctly.

  In the scorecard parameter DEBT TO INCOME WITH PAYMENT is not calculating correctly. It is not including the payment of the lease being underwritten and is only including existing liabilities.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Based on the scorecard parameter defined the debt to income with payment should be calculated properly.So that applicants who should not be approved for credit will not be approved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account with the scoring model defined as APL_DEBT_RATIO_SAFTER.
2. Fund the same and verify the Applicant tab ,summary columns "debt stated before%" and "debt stated after %" calculated correctly.
3. System should calculate the debt to income including the payment and display.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the correct debt to income calculated and due to this applicants who should not be approved for credit will be approved.
