ACDOPTN Charges Are Not Showing After Save (Doc ID 2670810.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Charges subsystem empty in ACDOPTN screen after save

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charges for the account should be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to screen (ACDOPTN).
2. Click New.
3. Pick From and To Date.
4. Pick an account number.
5. from charge drop down menu, choose online charges.
6. Click the charge tap.
7. charge screen will appear, contain the information about the charge.
8. Close the charge screen.
9. Click Save.
10. Close the Message screen/Statement screen
11. Now Click the charge tab again.
12. The charge are not showing anymore.
