After Applying 18.3.4.0.0 Patchset, While Doing Self Onboarding It Throws System Encountered Error (Doc ID 2671275.1)

Symptoms

While doing the self onboarding, system asks to put the OTP for validate the detail and after putting the OTP user click on submit then it throws system can not process the request

System can not process the request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From login screen do the self register
2. Then fill all the details then it ask for OTP
3. While validating the OTP it throws above error
