Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Table ACTB_ACCSTATS_PTD is not showing the cr_days properly. And also system is not having data for all the accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This table should have data for all the accounts and the cr_days should be updated properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run batch PTDSTAT
2. Verify the table ACTB_ACCSTATS_PTD
