Chatbot not able to understand when use is trying to interact in arabic langauage

When trying to chat in arabic, chatbot is not able to understand. it is replying only "Sorry I didn’t get you. Can you be a bit more clear or Just type ‘Help me’ if you need to know the things which I can do for you?"
What configuration is missed for making it work with Arabic language?
