Error "System cannot process the request currently.." While Searching for Party ID in Party Account Access Transaction (Doc ID 2671318.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform Party Account Access Transaction to map accounts to a specific Party ID,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login into OBDX (Oracle Banking Digital Experience) Application as an Admin User and go to Party Account Access
2. Provide the Party ID and click on Search
3. Error - "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." is noted on the screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Admin users cannot map accounts to the problematic party id.

Changes

No changes to the Account/Hardware/Environment causes this issue.
