Symptoms
On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET
When attempting to create the Account system failed with the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small and trace: ORA-06512: at "XXXX.STPKS_STDCUSAC_UTILS_0", line 3692
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create the current and saving Account under the highlighted Customer id which is having more number of line id linked
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create any new customer account under that Customer ID
