ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System allows save the card maintenance without input of the name on card and also system allows special characters in the name field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1- Name On Card should be the mandatory field
2- System should not allow to enter special characters in field "Name On Card"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do card maintenance for an account.
2. Save without entering the name of the card.

Case 2:
1. Do card maintenance for an account.
2. Enter special character in the name field and save.
