How To Fix OBCL Summary Screens Not Getting Launched (Doc ID 2671950.1)

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Summary screens should be operational as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OBCL summary screens unable to launch

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Go to the summary screens LFSFEELQ  and LFSFEAMD typing in fast paths.
2 .The screens do not launch. 
3.Access the screen LFSACFCL but greys out after launch.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the summary screens to perform the operation enlisted for the screens.
Requested to verify and confirm the proper function id's used for various operations.
