While Generating The Reports, It Is Not Displaying The Header And Body of The Table If There Is No Data Present (Doc ID 2672198.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After creating the report when user is trying to open the reports and if there is no data present then it is showing blank page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Even if there is no data it should show the table header and any message like "No records".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the OBDX server with admin user.
2. First create any report then try to view that processed report.
3. Then open that report it will show blank page it should the header if
there is no data for that scenario.
