On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
Business is not able to run EODM.
ERROR

WF-2099
EODM aborts with WF-2099 error.
In log file error line found as - SQL exception:ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lock

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run EODM from front.
