Incorrect Due Date Oldest And Days Past Due Calculated For Annual Billing Cycle of LOC Account (Doc ID 2672368.1)

Incorrect Due Date Oldest and Days Past due calculated for Annual Billing Cycle of LOC Accounts.

This can be observed in Due date column (Due Date History tab) and the days past due columns(Summary tab) are calculated wrongly for the LOC accounts with the Annual Billing Cycle.

System should calculate the due date and days past due columns value correctly for the LOC accounts funded with Annual Billing cycle setup.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Created a backdated LOC account with Annual Billing Cycle. Ex: back date as 06/19/2017. and fund it.
2) Verify the due date column in Due Date History tab which should calculate and display the oldest due date as 06/19/2017.
3) Verify the oldest due date column in Summary tab which should not be any future date like 06/19/2021 which is wrong.
4) Verify the days past due is also calculated correctly.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create back dated LOC accounts with Annual Billing Cycle correctly.
