Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default menus are not seen  when customer or admin user login to the FCDB application.

Default menus available in the system can be checked using below query:

 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Default menus must be visible to the customer or admin user when they login  to the FCDB application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using the SUPERADMIN User
2. Check if default menus are visible.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot send reply to the customer messages.
