Symptoms
When attempting to do Domestic fund transfer where OBDx in integrated with Third Party Host,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
Unable to process request
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As a retail user navigate to Payments and Transfer
2. Initiate Domestic Fund Transfer
3. Observe that error appears on screen.
