Symptoms

In Alert management , while trying to attach document in "Evidence Tab" user encounters below errors

In UI

[6260] cannot upload file with this extension , Invalid Request / Error

In UMMService.log


[UMMLOG] Jan 20,20 15:38:43 : [FORMROLE]ERROR in Role Code Calculation ---> Pass all the listed parameters --> (userId, infodom, segment SecDSEntities, strSecDSJoin) to calculate RoleCode dynamically based on login user and security mapper
[UMMLOG] Jan 20,20 15:40:07 : [UPLOADSERVLET]Error occured in UploadServlet:fileUpload -->Upload area not found
