On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to enquire the outward remittance  transaction details from External system
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"ST-OTHR-001" - Unhandled Exception

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
--> Send a request from an external system to enquire Outward Remittance details.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query the transaction details from external systems.
