ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Loan is getting Liquidated instead of Rolling over on the maturity date for the Auto Rollover loans

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Loan should not be Liquidated on the maturity date for the Auto Rollover loans

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Auto Rollover loan
2. Check if account is liquidated on its maturity date

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Rollover the loan on maturity date
