system not displaying scenario analysis tab when accessed through associated loan accounts under master account(Line) (Doc ID 2674467.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System not displaying scenario analysis tab when choosing a loan account associated to Line master account. When searching Loan account in customer service screen, scenario analysis tab is visible.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Scenario analysis tab should be available when accessed through associated loan account for a line of account(Master)  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open Master account(Line) in Customer Service Screen which has loan accounts associated
2) select Associated Account Radio button.
3) select loan account record, from the list of associated accounts.
4) Select Customer Service Tab
5) Scenario Analysis Sub tab.is not available

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users find it difficult to perform scenario analysis for associated accounts.
