ALIQ Is Getting Failed When A CASA Account Is Transferred To A New Branch (Doc ID 2674558.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.6 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to transfer CASA Account from one branch to another and subsequently performing ALIQ,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CASA Account is created in branch B1.

2. Loan is disbursed for the customer with settlement account as CASA Account and  branch B1.

3. CASA Account is transferred from branch B1 to B2 as per customer request.

4. ALIQ performed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, ALIQ fails post branch transfer.
