ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Statement Screen not displaying for selected associated Account 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display statement for the selected account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1) Open Master account (LOC), click on Associated Account Radio button, navigate to Loan

  2) Go to account details -- Statement Screen - Statements Tab

  3) Check whether loan statement is displayed.

  4) In transaction sub tab in Statement screen. Transactions posted on the associated account only should be displayed and not of Master account as expected

  5) Search the  loan account in customer service screen. Statement should be available.

  6) Search Master account, statement details and transactions should display both master and associated account.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users not able to check the statement under master account for associated account.
