ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Configure FOTH Fee in Asset billing rate definition as flat amount 130 with rate freq = ANNUAL and Accounts billing freq = Monthly. Execute billing batch and check whether system uses CMN_AMOUNT_ROUND_FACTOR system parameter to post charges with decimals.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should use CMN_AMOUNT_ROUND_FACTOR parameter for rounding off
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Configure FOTH Fee in Asset billing rate definition as flat amount 130 with rate freq = ANNUAL and Accounts billing freq = Monthly.
2) Create an Account and attach the above configuration to this account.
3) Execute the billing batch job to process this account
4) Check whether system posts charges = 130/12 as 10.83 and rounding off the txn amt as per the CMN_AMOUNT_ROUND_FACTOR system parameter defined to 2 decimals.
