Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IN Corporate customer Transaction summary Adhoc report amount is displayed blank in downloaded report.

Same report generated from OBIEE is has correct amount available

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

Transaction summary Adhoc report should should show correct amount instead of blank.

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Simulation steps:

1. Login to Corporate user

2. Go to Reports > My Reports > Adhoc

3. Click on Report Sub ID

4. Download and review report to check if Amount has blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT

-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:

Corporate customer are unable to see Amount in Transaction summary Adhoc report .
