Connection was dropped while Administrator users created Corporate/ Retail users in the application.
Modify user by adding roles & limits. But while initiating after the selected limits/roles.
system throws Persistence Exception occurred with System Cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. This is one-off case.
2. While Administrator users created ceated Corporate/ Retail users the connection was dropped.
3. Modify user by adding roles & limits. But while initiating after the selected limits/roles
4. system throws Persistence Exception occurred with System Cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Administrator users are not able to create retail/Corporate user. However, it is intermittent and one-off case.
