Import LC || The Initiate Amendment Details Are Not Displayed On The Review Screen (Doc ID 2675000.1)

When attempting to import LC amendment, on click of amend button ,the confirmation details and confirm button are not displayed.
Only the host reference number is displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to Corporate user
2) Go to Dashboard > Toggle menu > Trade Finance>Letter Of Credit>View LC Import
3) Enter the Required Field > Search
4)Click on LC number > Amendment > Initiate Amendment
5)Amend the Required field
6)Click on Amend Button
