Unable To Do Vami After Patch Set Update (Doc ID 2676196.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to do a VAMI Due date extension after the patch set update 7.10 to 7.12, after giving the new due date and clicking the create amendment tab in the component screen when the edit schedule tab is clicked the schedule definition neither enables the plus button not has the calendar icon in the interest column to change the due date of the schedules since we are unable to do a VAMI. Kindly look into this immediately and revert. herewith attached the screen shot for your reference.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should able to do VAMI, calender icon and plus button should be enabled for user to amend the data

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch CLDACCVM
2. Query any CL contract
3. Update the required values and save the record

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do a amend of CL contract
