ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Related Customer and Account Fields are null for FLIQ Entries

We have configured Fee for Facilities in ELCM module. However, when entries are fired in the system, there is no related customer / related account information captured.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should capture related account/related account information

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. maintain fee for facilities
2.Check for FLiq entries

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find related customer/related account in the accounting entries for FLIQ event
