Symptoms

When attempting to send any request from SMS banking like balance inquiry, the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request. Please try again later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send message as per the configured request from registered mobile number.
2. Check the response.
